The weapon appears to be the fused bones of a dragon, both a finger bone and a tooth. It appears old and weathered, but strong.
The blade was forged when Uriah came upon a seemingly empty cavern and felt the strong presence of the stranger. Upon further inspection, he found at the back of the cave the old bones of a dead dragon. Suddenly, he and he alone heard the voice of the stranger, commanding him to take his pick of the dead bones, and that shall be his weapon.
